Aijiasu V5.0 Released with 40% Faster Smart Routing
On October 6, 2026, Aijiasu shipped V5.0, its largest update since V4.9. The centerpiece is a rewritten smart routing engine that the team says lifts average acceleration efficiency by 40%.
The bottleneck in an accelerator is rarely bandwidth, it is route selection. V4.x relied on periodic polling with a multi-second lag that caused peak-hour "bad route" hits. V5.0 replaces polling with event-driven real-time status pushes, letting the engine react earlier.
Three Gains from the Engine Rewrite
First, speed tests dropped from 3.2s to 0.8s via concurrency and sampling, cutting connection time by about 60%. Second, the congestion threshold tightened from 8s of 5% loss to 5s of 3% loss. Third, the best-route hit rate rose from 78% to 92%.
Not Just Faster, Also Easier
The UI adds a "route score" label that folds latency, loss and load into a 0-100 number. The protocol layer adds full QUIC support for networks where UDP is restricted.
| Metric | V4.9 | V5.0 |
|---|---|---|
| Full-node test | 3.2s | 0.8s |
| Hit rate | 78% | 92% |
| Switch latency | 800ms | 200ms |
A Chengdu streamer compared live-push stutter on the same evening: V4.9 dropped 12 times per hour, V5.0 dropped twice. She shared the comparison with her community, and within a week over 40 viewers installed Aijiasu.

Peak-hour stutter is mostly gone after the upgrade. The 40% is real.
The route score is genuinely useful, no more reading raw numbers.
Connects in 0.8s and switches are nearly invisible.
QUIC support is a plus for throttled UDP networks.
